Pros

Benefits, Flexibility (both personal & professional), opportunity to learn and advance, supports obtaining certifications & continuing education, has become an industry leader in it's market, unique thought process, values collaboration and ideas (in most cases), is on top of changing markets and industry trends.

Cons

Communication is improving but still not even at basic levels. Changes are made without all stakeholder knowledge or proper up/down stream impact. Changes are made with no regard to impact (even when known) if a deadline must be met. Poor change manangement skills at the leadership level.

Pros

They offer good starting pay. But after that, bonus's are small or non existent.

Cons

Employee evaluations are based on round table discussions. The rating percentages are predetermined by the company. So even if all employees within a group are solid performers a certain percentage are forced into a "developmental" rating meaning they only sometimes meet their goals. Also, they claim this is more transparent, but they will not tell you who your peers are.
