Pros

Lots of growth potential and opportunities to learn new things. Great salary and bonus. Good amount of PTO. Mental health days throughout the year. Management truly cares about your work-life balance and encourages you to use your PTO.

Cons

Workload can be heavy during the busy seasons. No stock options unless you are of a certain higher salary grade.

Pros

Great benefits and company provides and supports channels for all diversity and interests. Provides mental wellness days.

Cons

This job specifically is an "entry level" position. The training is all over the place, they only offer one person to train multiple people at various stages in their training so you are constantly skipping ahead, going backwards, and getting lost in the shuffle. The manual is the size of the bible, the workload is out of control (many people quit this position), the priority level is all over the place leaving high demands, pressure, and lack of assistance from anyone and you are expected to retain and work using a lot of secure/private information while getting paid less than 18 an hour!?! Are you kidding me????? I could write a novel and how horrible this job is. The pay is embarrassing for the amount of work and detail you need to do. It's not worth it. I have a college degree and have work high level positions and this job was degrading.

Pros

Working remotely to be away from the office politics

Cons

Like a lot of people I was laid off to be able to make the numbers look good in 4Q. Honestly firing people 2 weeks before Christmas is disgusting. Anyway it seems that it is not solving the problem quarter after quarter for the past 2 years. The new CEO is paying top dollars to acquire new companies like Validus but it is not working. Validus made a 1 billion loss in 3Q . Managers are clueless and they are just running in circle. They rely on offshore to get the job done but they have no idea what it takes to do the job! I wake up everyday thinking my last day at AIG was my best day !
