Pros

Benefits are okay. There are many job fields and they are global. Where I worked, there was very little micro management. Freedom to do your job and excellent holiday recognition.

Cons

The company should understand the value of human capital more. Raises and benefits have went downhill and PTO was decreased.

Sales/Marketing Management, Cut-throat Culture, Internal Volatility, Brokers Paid Small Commissions, No Contingency Agreements, Changing Underwriting Appetite, Non Competitive Pricing.

Very strong CEO's of AIG & Chartis who demonstrate vision and leadership could influence this business unit in the future; opportunities to move outside of Consumer Lines; generous benefits and pay; good work/ life balance allowed

Cons

Lack of leadership within Consumer Lines; inappropriate behavior by senior management is ignored; most office locations are expensive places to live
