Great open door policy. If you work hard you are recognized, which is a plus! Work load keeps changing to keep things interesting!

The government is annoying at trying to regulate.

The building empties around 5 and people are often not at their desks until 8:30 or 9. Generally, people are friendly within your dept.

Cons

It is virtually impossible to move anything forward without considerable frustration and banging your head against the wall.
