Very stable, good retirement package, training and cross training as well as rotation opportunities are good

Cons

As is to be expected with a lot of big companies, there is a lot of layers and bureaucracy

Good visibility with management. Communication between teams/practice groups has greatly improved.

Cons

Miserably antiquated systems make everyday work difficult. Whatever is left of the anti-AIG sentiment born from the 2008 bailout. New offices are cramped.
