Salary, benefits, 401k, and predictable hours. Plenty of quiet office work and conference calls. Very easy to blend in and coast through your career unnoticed.

Cons

Very little room for advancement. Too many Vice Presidents. AIG would gladly pay someone from the outside 20% more than promote from within.
