Very competitive benefit package, very good work - life balance, flexible schedules, global reach, the leadership focuses on employee engagement and overall satisfaction. If you want to grow professionally, AIG will provide you the opportunity to do so.

Cons

In any large organization the key to being successful is to have a good deal of curiosity and organizational agility. At AIG, if you have a corporate center role, navigating operational silos can be a very frustrating process.

Stressful because I did my interview with my competition It was like speed dating I met 5 people for a half hour each, I wish it were longer
