It's a nice company to work with. You get exposed to new things. People are nice.
Cons
The senior management lacks people skills and professionalism, most of them have completed high school, but surprisingly don't have a basic degree either. Be prepared to be relocated or in some serious cases be prepared to be laid off due to ridiculous company restructuring and cost cutting measures.
