Great benefits. Great working system. Flexible hours and dress code. Looks good on the resume.

Cons

Salary besides benefits was a bit down from the competition. Morale dipped during the bailout of 2008.

Working for AIG means being a part of a Global family, with branches and subsidiaries in 90 countries around the world. The exposure to international markets you get at AIG is unparalleled in the insurance industry.

Cons

It's big, so it can get bureaucratic and cumbersome to get things done occasionally.

The work life balance can sometimes be good and there are many job opportunities with all idiots that work here

Cons

People you will work with will not want to do any work and will try to get you to complete others projects which have nothing to do with your role. If you show yourself capable they will ask you to do everything
