Full benefits from day one, and 30 hours a week was considered full time, with all the benefits. I was entry level MQS and got flowers etc from company on my yearly anniversary. Which makes you feel appreciated.

Cons

Hard to post up, there was favoritism even if they didn't weren't the best employee.
