Large market reach, People with diverse expertise to guide the larger audience within AIG. Good benefit and career path plan for Jr. leaders

Cons

Slow moving process, Conflict among senior leaders. Though things have improved a lot after new leaders are brought in to the system

Compensation, changed the bonus matrix (monthly). Training, sit in classroom once a week and get a lecture about the flavor of the month. Management, will kick you to the curb after you sell your friends and family, push you to buy leads or cold call till you die of exposure. Typical insurance company.
