Pros

Group of highly motivated A Type personalities. Co-workers are friendly and pressure to perform is high. Overall a great experience for a short period of time to learn how the company works and is set up.

Cons

Very production oriented environment. All about making goal EACH week. Find yourself quoting against other parts of the company for the same business. Way, way, way too many sales/marketing calls required for Underwriters. Most processes were manual.

company values entrepreneurial mindset, with which entry-level employees are encourage to work with senior management with new ideas and such

Cons

I heard people get stuck in the middle of the career and hours are too long that they don't have time to look for something else
