Strong leaders (some) Cohesive teams - responsible and friendly Flexible working hours.

Cons

Poor management of migration and lacks leadership in team. Motivation level is drop dead. Benefits is not competitive at all Work environment and culture needs to be improved. Backward management style. No proper talent development or retention
