Pros

Great benefits and holidays. could easily be a great place to work if it was not for all the back stabbing.

Cons

very hard to get promoted unless you are one of the favorite company rats. once a manager dislikes you they never forget and constantly ruin your bonus chances. Managers are not consistent and people who are not qualified get promoted. The company loves the younger employees and tends to pick on the older ones to get rid of them which is highly illegal. I have watched this company go from bad to great to bad again.
