Company provides reasonable benefits (although they are declining) and vacation time.

Cons

Pros

Decent benefits (401k, maternity, health options); solid actuarial student rotation program (raises, study time); PTO policy; multiple locations (although closing many offices)

Cons

Subpar total compensation; terrible mid-level and senior mgmt; constant fear of layoffs; overworked employees, senior mgmt talks like they don't care about employees anymore (only certain shareholders)
