Pros

You will meet some great people who are intelligent and are actually there wanting to make a difference.

Cons

Didn't get a raise for three years. Difficult to move up unless you are in good terms with management.

Pros

Nice new office and great location

Cons

I've never seen so much incompetence from management - major programs without any planning, even though they are given enough time to plan - inexperienced people put in positions of high responsibility who have no idea what they are doing, and dont seem to want to engage people who can actually get them out of the mess they are in - as a result always putting out fires - highly stressful for employees - highly political (no-one brave enough to call out what is obviously going wrong) - high turnover - a constant 'us and them' mentality between business and technology

Pros

Good benefits, great learning opportunities.

Cons

Employees are just numbers. Layers of managers that don't do any useful work, just get credit from the work of their direct reports and a big pay. Data infrastructure is some of the worst I have seen. Moral among employees is very low.
