Basically best work life balance and its based on your team. Great Benefits, seriously good 401K, HSA contribution and good insurance plans

- Work pressure is less

Cons

- Huge politics right from top to the bottom level. - No perks. Worst cafeteria. No Work from Home. - Transport is available. A lot of restrictions - Management is poor - No analytics - Extreme domination & favouritism - TL, Managers have no basic knowledge on what Data is. Instead of gaining knowledge from them , we have to teach them.
