Pros

Lot of opportunities to anticipate depending on how you set your career goals. Senior management do value the right balance between business and their employees. Customers first; employees always.

Cons

If you don't keep up in adding value to the company, you can lose your job. Any restructure in business (in one or another have) can impact severance. If you don't water your pasture to make it greener, you'll end up drying it and find another one. Know which fertilizer to choose.

Pros

Good work life balance, the majority of the staff were motivated and are smart. It was a good place to learn and get exposure to elements of global business

Cons

Senior Management is historically poor, No direction other than sound bites to the media. They do not care about the rank and file. About as transparent as motor oil. Ivory tower mentality. Benefits were good until they started to cut them
