      Good to just start a career and get a job.

      Cons

      It is a software developer job, but the daily tasks are very simple. You are just reading and writing excel files and creating small console applications. They have very bad coding where all the code is in 1 Progam.cs and that file is 10000 lines huge. Management should start hiring more technical people as everyone understands only business and cares about money.
