Just the brand Name or May be I ended up under a wrong project/manager?

Cons

- Worst Manager who doesn't care about employee. You are asked to apply leave if you are late to office. and you have to apply leaves if you don''t log your hours. - You have to be in office on time, but no guarantee when you leave home. - No flexibility, no work life balance. You are considered as just a machine - No learning experience (you just debug the code your entire lifetime, and answer their dumb questions) - Worst Architects, who doesn't listens to other opinions. Doesn't know how to treat your others. He thinks, he only knows everything. He criticizes you in front of everyone.
