it has nice work environment. everyone is nice to each other

Cons

company as itself is very demanding. They require relocation with 1 week notice (and else, HR announced to fire people) without any compensation. there is no business trip compensation neither. You need to use your own expense. Salary is lower than others despite the fact it is a big company.
