People, salaries, career plans, opportunities, great managers, distributed teams, work from home once or more a week.

Cons

less-than-average lunch ticket value, no VA (ticket to use at the supermarket), less-than-average annual bonus per results, no full-time remote option (as of now, not sure how it's going to be after covid-19)
