I've been with ADP for many years, and during that time I've visited hundreds (maybe thousands) of clients. I can honestly say that ADP's culture, how we treat people, and our career and personal growth opportunities are second to none.

Cons

Sometimes the job you want (or are a perfect fit for) maybe in another state or another country. With 65,000+ jobs at ADP, there is always something exciting you can aspire to do - but being open to relocation may open more doors.

Some management will really micro manage Sales can be difficult depending on where you are placed in the company High stress job Retention rate is low
