Good training in the first year and makes your resume quite attractive

Cons

micromanaged 20 different products services to learn service rep difference between management makes everyone experience different (not positively)

not many in this office. other offices have great team chemistry and this office just grinds you to the ground like you don't matter. management is questionable and does not do anything to change the culture even though people are dropping like flies. training in New Jersey is great.

Cons

they will supervise you like you are 3 years old and will not let you find your own groove in sales. some teams have to send selfies to management and report that they are actually in the field, any critique in your one on ones are not heard. unlivable salary in San Francisco and commission structure is not the best.
