      It's ok but not great!

      Pros

      Great company, great benefits, lots of employee activities and wonderful facility.

      Cons

      Very unorganized when it comes to training, they sell you the position during your interview a way that would appeal to you only for you to later realized that it's not what you were told. Employees with the same title that are remote don't have to use PTO for things those that are at the Maitland office have to. Just waiting for a new job offer and I'm leaving ADP.

      At this point I hope somebody pays attention to what I have written in the cons

      Cons

      management conducted leadership survey. Feedback was supposedly anonymous but my manager wasn't a sport. After getting some feedback that wasn't what was expected, this manager set up 1:1 meeting to ask who gave negative feedback. This is bullying. I really hope HR sees this request and does something about. Such immature managers who have no idea about how to lead.

      Nice building, many choices of cafeterias.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. They don't care about the employees. Each manager just thinking to save themselves including betraying their own subordinate. Good employees are leaving one by one and the company keep the bad apples. The services is going down, everybody just keep passing around the work to somebody else. The one who does really care is overwhelm with tons and tons of work. Best place to work recognition is exaggerating!
