      Strong and financially secure company. Excellent benefits and compensation for above average performers Tremendous career growth opportunities as ADP is Worldwide and growing Strong team camaraderie Low turnover for a sales organization

      Cons

      Definitely not for everyone as it's a performance based culture. Average performers receive average income (top performers make a tremendous income). Regular inspection of sales metrics might not gel with some sales associates.

      Benefits are just great. They give employees all they are looking for including a pension. They people-collegues are very helpful and informative.

      Cons

      No clean cut why to evaluate your sales which allowed them to pay you when and how they deemed appropriate
