      Pros

      Compensation, training and earning potential

      Cons

      The immediate manager in Rancho Cucamonga is too soft, and not detail oriented. Doesn't have the drive or ability to think outside the box and work with the system to make sales happen. Company has a lengthy and tedious underwriting system, spotty customer service, and client support. Selling a subpar system at a super premium, in a soft and ever changing market.

      Pros

      ADP has excellent training and teaches individuals to become great sales people. ADP is a well run, financially stable company. In this economy, that is something that workers should be looking for. The total compensation at ADP, if you are at plan, can definitely be in the low 6 figures.

      Cons

      It's very churn and burn. If you don't bring in business that week, its a very negative feeling. When you are doing well, they expect more from you instead of just praising you for your accomplishments.

      Pros

      46,000 employees to hide behind. Great place for slackers. President's Club is cool and not so common these days any longer. Lots of positions in the company. Lots of opportunity to create a single-stop career in ADP.

      Cons

      Slackers everywhere. Too many people just logging time. Lacks innovation and vision. Lots of old white dudes. Management is so steeped in sales, sales, sales, that they forget the value of making the "right" sale over the value of any sale to make the number for that quarter. Too many entry level sales people (even if they are 15 years into their career). Way, way too many people to accomplish a single job.
