Pros

Fun Culture, Big Name, Solid Practices for their clients benefit.

Cons

Management is heavy with favoritism at times, promotion and development is who you know not skill. Few opportunities to earn more. Low visibility with other departments so you don't know where to go or where you CAN go. Management wants to keep you in the same unit (understandable) but pays pennies for the work requested. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DO BEYOND YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION.
