      ADP bought a small start-up and wasn't able to forecast growth nor adequately ramp up staffing.

      Pros

      There aren't any good reasons. I watched them eliminate too many jobs that executive women held while they bypassed inadequate men, leaving them to unsatisfactory run the business.

      Cons

      ADP is a "good ole boy" network. they promote from within and most are male. They spend lots of time in meetings planning to overcome weaknesses but they can't execute.

      Pros

      The company is in a good financial position to weather the current economic conditions. Hard work is rewarded. Depending on job requirements, the employees can have flexible work hours and some are able to work from home.

      Cons

      As with most large companies there is a lot of red tape. It takes a long time for some decisions to be made.
