      They always pile the work on the few good workers

      Pros

      Working from home and some free training; when times were good so was the training opportunity; when times were bad there was only belt tightening;

      Cons

      Poor communication from management; silos; overworked and under staffed; outsourcing to India; there isn't one methodology used by all groups and that makes it difficult on projects where there are multiple products involved; there needs to be more involvement between sales and implementation.

      Pros

      Good entry level sales job. Be prepared to work hard and partcipate in mandatory all day telemarketing sessions. Be patient because it can take time to ramp up. It is a monthly quota so you have to good with your time and create habits that allow you to perform month after month.

      Cons

      No matter what seems wrong with ADP they eventually fix it.

      Good Training... contrary to overwhelming support Great Resume builder Good comp if you produce Good Benefits Good upward movement... if you know people

      Cons

      Very Large company *45,000 employees - often get lost in the shuffle *In 5 years with ADP received a $25 Christmas bonus (1 time) *Numerous client issues because service cannot serve the large number of clients Lots of competition Market is already saturated with the big 3 (ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks) - you must create believers. When you resign - they choose to fire you - benefits stop that night! Very boring product/service. Hard to have passion about what you do... A means to an end if you care about what you are doing with your career/life.
