      Pros

      ADP is the top rated HR and Payroll company in the world. If you are looking to start a career in sales, then ADP is the place to start.

      Cons

      Very large company...sometimes you will get lost in the mix. They say they dont treat you like a number but they do.

      Great Entry Level Sales Position

      Pros

      Great training and guidance. Very loose schedule, you have control over your day to day activity and success. Very fun, competitive, promoting sales environment.

      Cons

      The job gets a little monotonous. It is great when you get into a position as a CPA "centric." There is much more opportunity there than with the regulard position. When re-organization happened in the bad economy, the ball was dropped and management was kind of a mess. It can be a bit unprofessional and leaves a bit to be desired. Starting salary is very low and commission structure low as well, hard to sell large numbers.

      Pros

      As DM of Sales (you enter as an associate DM) you have a somewhat flexible schedule to accomodate your needs. However, you must make sure you are doing the work to ensure hitting your goals. Sales management is very kind, doesn't chew you out for not hitting your goals, and are generally supportive. For a sales environment, there are very few "closed door" meetings.

      Cons

      Your territory can largely determine your success. This isn't to say that if you are put into a less than ideal area that you can't succeed, however it sure makes it harder to hit your goals and therefore, succeed. Sales expectancies can often seem daunting or unreachable.
