      Performance gets you noticed. Going above and beyond will get you more money and greater responsibility. Work hard and reward hard type of company. Your ideas are heard and you can still make an difference in the mega company.

      First class organization Great associates to work with Industry leader Well respected corporation Can learn alot and be challenged at work

      Cons

      Pay not very good Low (or nonexistent) annual raises Benefits stink - health care is particularly expensive Two weeks vacation for first 5 years - ugh!

      Pros

      100's of products/services to sell Financial strength - AAA rated S&P and Moody's People are wonderful Training, training and more training If you want to advance career path, you just put your name out there - you'll need a strong track record though.

      Cons

      Split deals with 2-6 people. Silo'd - every product has it's own managment team, and P&L. Accounting constantly messes up sales order booking and commissions. Master Service Agreement is challenging to get through.
