      Company reputation for your resume Training Mentor program Able to hit #'s & make $ if you hustle Lots of help offered for those who want it Office manager is really great

      Cons

      Tons of Layoffs --No loyalty & No warning People-let go great workers; hire/keep shady or questionable ones Feedback could be better Typical office political b.s. & favoritism shown by team leaders Non-mandatory, but MANDATORY if you want to keep your job or get promoted meet-ups before and after work ALL the time. Commission/deals fall apart at the last minute ALL time so it's really hard to plan your $$

      Good benefits Fairly flexible hours as long as work gets done.

      Cons

      You feel like number and not a valued employee. It is not personal like it used to be. Everyone is overworked.

      Pros

      Very good pension package for existing employees although new employees don't get the same benefits. Health care is worth about £80 per month although the current scheme falls short of the previous BUPA scheme

      Cons

      In my position there is no possibility of advancement, I see incompetent Managers who have screwed up and never achieved anything getting promoted, its a standing joke that the level of management reflects the level of incompetance. There is far too much red tape we have missed so many opportunities in the market due systems and procedures that involve too many people and managers who are too scared to make a decision.
