Pros

The freedom is great. As long as you hit your numbers they will leave you alone. you don't have to cold call that much because you get referrals from the Banks.

Cons

If you are down, just like any sales jobs they will be on you. Beware of the other sales reps..the majority of them are snakes. even your boss is a snake. Commission structure is terrible.

Pros

ADP will consistently perform to and above market expectations. The work is challenging. Product offerings are top performers in all market segments.

Cons

Management tiers are inconsistent in portraying a One ADP philosophy and being an Employer of Choice. Associates have been a statistic in ADP business leaders' drive to meet performance goals.

Training and Promotion Opportunities at its Best!

Pros

They teach you sales skills! Your performance is rewaded with promotion! The harder you work, you not only see it in your paycheck, but also by promotion. It can be to Senior, Manager, or a different division.

Cons

Prospecting new business sales can get old, not sure if that is an ADP thing though. It would be nice if there were leads given to you in addition to finding new business in sales.
