      TotalSource/ADP resource doesnt follow the larger ADP rules/policy- they are HORRIBLE to their employees Downsizing in certain depts removed talent tenured people Open door policy is for namesake only- beware if there is a problem you are on your own Boasting about quarterly profits is tasteless if you have let go over 50% of a dept

      Pros

      As soon as I joined, everyone was very polite and willing to help in any way they could. My boss is also very helpful and everyone seems to be on very good terms with one another.

      Cons

      Cannot see any downsides at the moment. Only thing I can think of is that it might get very busy around here with so many projects to handle. Also the pay is not as good as I might have liked.
