Good Company - Lots of turnover

Good products/solutions Good training pay OK training - trying to cram 100lbs in a 10lb bag Some good people

Cons

10 people calling into one account No teamwork among divisions Other divisions (SBS, Total Source, Resource) only look out for their best intrests and would stab you in the back in a second Its all about the number - you are treated like a number Bad culture - high turnover in sales Database of accounts is very mature and have been hounded by ADP reps for years

Pros

Decent Benefits, but that's it.... honestly, many other companies offer better benefits.

Cons

Too much competition internally with other divisions, Lack of effective Management, Lack of Professionalism, "Overpromised" on the job before hired. This is not a company you can run your "own business", you will be micro-managed. They don't pay a two week notice to employees- don't bother. I am not a bitter employee, just glad I got out....
