Pros
The people. There is some great talent and great personalities there, but they are all leaving now that opportunities are presenting themselves.
Cons
Senior Management is disconnected from employee realities, and looks to the past, for their strategies for success. You do not feel like part of a progressive organization. Support is mostly given in a few words or dollars (emphasis on few) once you have killed yourself to get the job done. Many times if it were not for coworkers' support and encouragement, walking away from this 'job' would have been easy. Some did: sometimes not even having a job lined up-just to get out. Development is seen as an 'employee initiative' and little is done by management to help develop the potential of their employees.
