      Strong stable company with nice culture and limitless growth opportunities

      Pros

      If you are a good honest hard worker willing to learn and grow, you absolutely can advance within the company. You are given autonomy as long as you are producing results. Many of us have worked here for many years, and are rewarded with generous vacation time - 4 weeks plus 5 personal days.

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to work hard then ADP isn't the place for you. ADP is open on most bank holidays, so you will have to work or use vacation time on the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Presidents Day, Veterans Day, etc.

      Pros

      Very good pension package for existing employees although new employees don't get the same benefits. Health care is worth about £80 per month although the current scheme falls short of the previous BUPA scheme

      Cons

      In my position there is no possibility of advancement, I see incompetent Managers who have screwed up and never achieved anything getting promoted, its a standing joke that the level of management reflects the level of incompetance. There is far too much red tape we have missed so many opportunities in the market due systems and procedures that involve too many people and managers who are too scared to make a decision.
