Good benefits Fairly flexible hours as long as work gets done.

Cons

You feel like number and not a valued employee. It is not personal like it used to be. Everyone is overworked.

Pros

Very good medical and dental plan funded entirely by ADP and an excellent RRSP plan with partial contributions matching. Defined profit sharing policy through personal incentive scorecard system.

Cons

Senior leadership was not front and center during recent economicic downturn to give employees any level of comfort in believing that the company was going to weather the storm. Ensueing OEI left associates upset and bewildered and still without any senior leadership comments to make the remaining employees feel any sense of comfort for the future.

Pros

Very friendly collaborative environment in IT. No problems in getting time off. Management and key users are relatively easy to get a hold of as they tend to be in the same building.

Cons

The department can be very chaotic during release time. Some senior management people cannot make a decision. Process regarding IT procedures is fluid and subject to frequent change.
