      Job satisfaction largely depended on support of management and half of the time management was completely incompetent.

      Pros

      ADP is a great place to start a sales career and hard work is rewarded with decent pay. Its also a fun environment.

      Cons

      Management can be supportive and encouraging making the work environment pleasant, but ADP has its fair share of undesirable, incompetent managers that make getting the job done difficult and sometimes impossible.
