-Great for both new and seasoned sales reps -Great upward mobility for career advancement -Management is actually invested in your success -Excellent work/life balance

Cons

-Can be very competitive (like any other sales job) -There have been several changes in upper management year over year

many differnet business units within ADP...sometimes can cuase conflcit and confusion...in the end though, these Busess units offer career opportunities and advancement
