      Good company to be in for a lot term job goals

      Pros

      Very good company, understands work life balance, benefits are at par and pay is good when compared to commute stress and growth with finance organizations.

      Cons

      Changing job with in organization is a pain, although option is there and well communicated when it comes time to apply does not support the individual which forces to seek opportunities outside to make a graceful carrier move.

      Pros

      It is a very agile company that is changing all of the time. You get a chance to own your own work and performance. Promotions are fair and opporunities are performance driven. This is a place where you can move around a lot and do a lot of different things and you will definately have a chance to think on your feet.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of training and you have to be comfortable figuring things out for yourself. If you want to learn a job and then keep doing it and be comfortable this is not the place for you. There is a lot of chaos and you do work very hard all of the time.
