      Pros

      Great work environment. Co workers seemed to really enjoy working with each other. I heard a lot of happy hour talk, lunches, etc.

      Cons

      The internship wasn't what was told it would be. A lot of new people which made it difficult for them to focus on me and see to it that I could become an ADP employee.

      Pros

      Outstanding benefits (unique work/life balance initiatives such as flexible schedule, summer hours, etc), innovative, on the cutting edge of technology, committed to their clients and employees.

      Cons

      There are high expectations for employees to perform well. At times, there are expecations that you work long hours, and there is not always support given to help during high volume work times.

      Pros

      ADP is a large organization so they are able to offer great benefits and a safe workplace environment.

      Cons

      It would be nice if management was promoted because they deserved it but most of these people are promoted because of seniority or who they know. I am tired of working hard and not being recognized for it just because I choose to actually come to work and work and not socialize.
