      Pros

      - Employee friendly and supportive work culture. - People in general care for each other and are willing to understand someone's problems. - Your inputs are cared for, workplace is not very aggressive and competitive In general, you'd be a happy employee and you'd be able to maintain the elusive work-life balance. The pay is not the best in the market and not the lowest either. Career opportunities depend on the team and the manager and of course your own efforts.

      Cons

      - Not much of onsite opportunities. - If you want to work on cutting edge technology, this may not be the place for you. - Because the company is small (ADP India), the opportunities for promotion is lesser compared to other companies.

      hierarchy, severe lack of internal communication, senior execs turn a blind eye and def ear to leaders below them

      sales trump everything work / life balance is good quality people work here great sales trips brand name services & technology

      Cons

      very frustrating lack of internal communication hierarchy, execs don't seem to listen to leaders they've chosen, treat them more like puppets sales leads but at the expense of quality product/service delivery

      - Stable company financially speaking - Benefits starting from day 1.

      Cons

      - Seniority prevails when requesting time off - Cannot take time off between the last week of November and the first week of february. - Pay is very low for the complexity of the subject associates are expected to know and deliver to clients. - High cost of health insurance for new open enrollment.
