      - Sometimes harder to take vacation because of busy schedules - Sometimes hard to get back up on push back items - Long hours

      RTI has the most amazing recruiter training in the industry!

      Pros

      All recruiters with RTI are required to completed five AIRS certifications annually, CIR, DCR, CSSR, PRC and ACIR. In addition, recruiters may take specialized four hour classes and other trainings as time allows. It's a terrific place for professional development . The company structure is agile - able to staff up or down depending upon client demands.

      Cons

      With the purchase of RTI by ADP, there was some uncertainty and anxiety, and manangement could have done a much better job of communicating prior to, and throughout the changeover.

      Quality of work that's done in ADP is found no where else

      Not sure about other sites of ADP but ADP India has to work on it's facilities and logistics
