      Great entry-level sales job

      Pros

      If you're looking for an entry-level sales job, ADP is a great place to start. Very tough financially, but it's a great stepping stone for a future job.

      Cons

      If you happen to have a sales manager that is going to micro manage, you will be absolutely miserable. This job requires freedom.

      Working with ADP i a very nice experience. You tend to feel like that you are at home. Its kind of a extended family

      Cons

      Downside working for ADP pune is that it is located in out skirts of pune. So lots of commuting time is there
