      Really awesome career opportunities. Several different departments and services within the organization for advancement. Low turnover.

      Cons

      Different departments offer different pay (can be much lower or higher) even if the job title/description is almost the same.

      This is a workforce that cares about each other. Management does want to hear my opinion. Flexible work arrangement (including working from home) are available.

      Silos do exist. I see progress being made in this area though.

      deck is stacked against you from the start since the good opportunities are always assigned to senior employees or "favorites". If you can make it happen it is rewarding.
