      Unlimited earnings opportunity with tremendous career growth channels. Very flexible work/life balance with support from leadership to pursue individual aspirations. The organization provides an abundance of tools to perform job related activities and operational support to help position an individual to win routinely.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced organization with lots of information coming quickly. Must be organized and have the ability to narrow one's focus in order to be highly succesful.

      ADP was at one time a wonderful place to work.

      ADP was a place were a college grad could get a job in an entry level position, and slowly move up the corporate ladder..

      Cons

      ADP has now become the type of place to work, where everyone is scared that their job will get outsource overseas to India or the Philippines, and its a dog eat dog environment.
