The best reason to work at ADP for me has been the training they provide their employees. They also offer great benefits and discounts for their employees and their families

Cons

Stressful and challenging. As with most corporations it's all about the bottom line and always pushing for more and more. Little regard for employees life outside of work.

Co workers/ team members are great. Pay is decent, but not great. Some flexability with schedules and at home working options.

Inability for work teams to fulfill sales teams promises (set up for failure due to unrealistic expecations), poor work/life balance.
