Pros

Great entry level sales job and long term if one has ability to overachiev multiple years in a row. Excellent training, brand and service offerings.

Cons

Great career until transfed to the toxic southeast. Came to Atlanta because its known as a corporate stepping stone. Good old boy network from current and former DVPs. This is a growing region for years - monkeys could lead the southeast and you could hit the number. Unbelievable arrogance in southeast leadership.

-had opportunities to move up within the organization -good benefits -flex time options -telecommuting options

Cons

-as in any company, your day to day work life will be affected by your manager's leadership style. During the several years I was with the company, I mostly had good managers, one was above average, but the last one was the reason that I left for another company.

stable company, generally one day work from home, lots of options to move within company in various projects, separate budge for training

Cons

putting extra hours are common in certain projects, occasional weekend/night shift work, your voice may not be heard by management
